MD-ACS Virtual Event Sponsorship Opportunities

Please join the Maryland Chapter of the American College of Surgeons as we provide surgical education to our members during the COVID pandemic and beyond.   Ultimately, we envision a myriad of options for our members to learn from each other and to access the latest in surgical care research and real-time surgical care.

To that end and while the COVID pandemic continues, our first step is to offer a series of at least four Zoom events for our members in 2021.

We offer this opportunity to you to share your services/products with our members as we develop these programs.

Here are your options for Virtual Event Sponsorship:

 

Gold Sponsors – $10,000.00

  • A personal video message from you included will be in all of the virtual events offered to MD-ACS members.
  • Your company will be listed as an Industry Partner Sponsor for all of the virtual events.
  • Your company logo will be included on all promotional material.
  • You will be listed as a Gold Sponsor on the MD-ACS website with a link to your website.

 

Silver Sponsors – $5,000.00

  • A personal video message from you will be included in two of the virtual events offered to MD-ACS members.
  • Your company will be listed as an Industry Partner Sponsor for two of the virtual events.
  • Your company logo will be included on all promotional material.
  • You will be listed as a Silver Sponsor on the MD-ACS website with a link to your website.

 

Bronze Sponsors – $2,500.00

  • A personal video message from you will be included in one of the virtual events offered to MD-ACS members.
  • Your company will be listed as an Industry Partner Sponsor for one of the virtual events.
  • Your company logo will be included on all promotional material.
  • You will be listed as a Bronze Sponsor on the MD-ACS website with a link to your website.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you join – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).

If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
