Tabletop Exhibit ($2,500) Includes:

  • One 6’ draped table and 2 chairs
  • Two complimentary representative ID badges (additional badges may be purchased for $125 each)

Exhibitors will be notified of confirmed exhibit space by March 17, 2023.

Exhibit space is limited and will be assigned on a first-paid/first-served basis.

Educational Grant Opportunities

The Maryland Chapter, ACS (MD-ACS) provides companies the opportunity to support the 2023 Annual Meeting Scientific Sessions in the form of an educational grant.

Educational grants may be used to support the meeting as a whole, faculty honoraria and expenses, and food and beverage for all learners.

Sponsorship Levels

 

Gold Level – $10,000

  • Opportunity for sponsorship of Friday Night Board Dinner. Recognition on meeting signage and meeting materials.
  • Special recognition at the Saturday Morning Coffee with Exhibitors Break.
  • Recognition on the meeting app with company logo and contact information. Link to Company website from MD-ACS website.
  • Video message produced by your company on MD-ACS website.

 

Silver Level – $5,000

  • Recognition on meeting signage and meeting materials.
  • Special recognition at the Saturday Morning Coffee with Exhibitors Break.

Bronze Level – $3,500

Shipping

Exhibitors will be responsible for their own shipments and payment.

Boxes should not arrive more than 48 hours prior to March 31.   No pallets please as there is no loading dock.

Box pickup after the meeting  

Exhibitors should have their boxes packed up, labeled and schedule a pickup through FedEx or UPS. The hotel does not provide labels or packing materials. You may leave your boxes at the front desk for carrier pick-up.  

Registration

Registration will close at 11:59 PM CT on March 29, 2023.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you join – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).

If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
