Educational Grant Opportunities

The Maryland Chapter, ACS (MD-ACS) provides companies the opportunity to support the 2024 Annual Meeting Scientific Sessions in the form of an educational grant. 

Educational grants may be used to support the meeting as a whole, faculty honoraria and expenses, and food a beverage for all learners. 

Sponsorship Levels

Gold Level – $7,500

  • Opportunity for sponsorship of Friday Night Board Dinner. Recognition on meeting signage and meeting materials.
  • Special recognition at the Saturday Morning Coffee with Exhibitors Break.

Silver Level – $5,000

Shipping

Exhibitors will be responsible for their own shipments and payment.

Boxes should not arrive more than 48 hours prior to group arrival.

Box pickup after the meeting:  

Exhibitors need to have their boxes packed up, labeled and schedule a pickup through FedEx or UPS. The hotel does not provide labels or packing materials.  Hotel staff will take the boxes to the shipping department for pickup.

Registration

Registration will close at 11:59 PM ET on March 19, 2024.

No onsite registration will be available.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you join – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).

If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
